Thursday, 9th April 2009: Propagation and Plant Exchange Evening plus a talk by Mercy Morris, Conservation Officer, NCCPG (Head Office). 7.30pm Council Chamber, Shire Hall, Shrewsbury.
Saturday, 23rd May 2009: Grand Plant sale at St Giles Church Hall (Springfield Hall), Shrewsbury. 10.30am to 3pm.
Friday 5th - Sunday 7th June 2009: National AGM and Weekend Conference at St. Albans.
Saturday, 6th June 2009: Garden visit to Ivy Croft and Aulden Farm near Leominster. (10am start with lunch between visits)
Thursday, 16th July 2009: Garden visit to New Hope Gardens to see Mark Zenick's American daylilies and other herbaceous perennials. 7pm
Friday 14th and Saturday 15th August 2009: Shrewsbury Flower Show.
Thursday,10th September 2009: 'Heleniums - late summer colour not to be sneezed at' by Martin Blow of Special Perennials.com. Martin has a provisional National Collection of over 80 cultivars. 7.30pm Council Chamber, Shire Hall, Shrewsbury.
Thursday, 8th October 2009: 'Arley Hall Gardens: history and plants' by Tom Acton, Head Gardener at Arley Hall, one of the most visisted gardens in the North - West. 7.30pm Council Chamber, Shire Hall, Shrewsbury.
Saturday, 17th October 2009: Garden visit to Hergest Croft Gardens to see the autumn colour for which the garden is well-known. 10am.
Thursday, 12th November 2009: 'The Land of Giants and Volcanoes - the Pacific States of America' by Tim Walker, Director of the University of Oxford Botanic Garden. 7.30pm Council Chamber, Shire Hall, Shrewsbury.
